1. What we collect

When you contact Whare Roto Earthmoving by phone or email we hold the details you give us: your name, contact information, site address and the details of the job you describe.

2. How we use it

Your details are used to quote, schedule and carry out your work, and to invoice for it. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

3. Sharing

Information is shared only where the job requires it, for example with a subcontractor working on your site or a supplier delivering materials, and only as much as they need.

4. Storage

Records are kept securely and retained only as long as needed for the work, warranties and tax obligations.

5. Your rights

Under the Privacy Act 2020 you can ask to see the personal information we hold about you and ask for it to be corrected or deleted. Call 020 4100 2169 and we will sort it.

6. This website

This site does not use contact forms and does not set tracking cookies of its own. The embedded Google Map is served by Google, whose own privacy policy applies to that content.
